Tamara joined Wells Fargo Escrow Services in 1988 as a receptionist.  She worked for several independent escrow companies in Northern California including Business & Escrow Service Center in San Jose and Capitol City Escrow in Sacramento.   Under the tutelage of Donna Grady in Sacramento, Tamara became an Escrow Officer and was introduced to the California Escrow Association.

While working in Northern California she worked primarily with Bulk Sale and Mobile Home transactions, the personal property side of the escrow coin.  In 1997 Tamara became engaged and moved to the Palmdale/Lancaster area where she managed a small Title Company branch office doing residential real estate and some personal property. 

In 2001 Tamara joined the First American Title National Commercial team thanks to her good friend Carolyn Marcial.   She worked for 3 years as a national escrow officer closing escrow deals from Hawaii to Florida and New York to California.

She opened and managed an Escrow Branch for Old Republic Title Company in the Antelope Valley (2006-07).  Her main focus was always commercial and personal property, including mobile homes, business sales and she did handle residential subdivision.

In 2001 Tamara filed her first Fictitious Business Name Statement under the dba; Stoebe Services.  This company originally was for the handling of mobile notary work as well as temp work as an independent contractor for various title/escrow divisions.   Stoebe Services has evolved into an active consulting services handling mainly mobile home titling issues with the State of California, but other real estate consulting needs as may be necessary.  I look forward to assisting you with your real estate transactions.

She has been an active member of the California Escrow Association and American Escrow Association since 1992, when she was first exposed to the escrow trade association. She is a past president of the Sacramento Valley Escrow Association (1997); Los Angeles Escrow Association (2005), and the Escrow Associates of Antelope Valley (2006-2007). 

Tamara joined the Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors in 2008 as an active Realtor in addition to having served in affiliate positions since 1998.
